Fort Myers Beach Multi-Family Properties

Because Fort Myers Beach is popular with vacationers it's popular with investors too. You can find traditional duplexes here but also ones that have been outfitted for short-term rentals (STR's) on VRBO and AirBNB. That has driven prices up because those STR's usually make more than traditional annual leases. So if you're looking to "house hack" here it might be a little tougher than other areas of Fort Myers because these are mostly priced for short-term rental income potential.
